Overdraft Balances Report

The Overdraft Balances Report displays clients' outstanding overdrafts as at a specified reporting date.

How to view the Overdraft Balances Report

To view the overdraft balances report you go to Savings/Overdrafts/Overdrafts Balances Report. A screen will appear looking as follows:

Overdraft Balances: till Date: In the date textbox enter the date until which the overdrafts balances should be reported, e.g., "30/11/2020".

Note that any used and unused but expired overdraft facility by the selected date above will not be shown in this report.

Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".

Note that Loan Performer offers the flexibility of displaying the report in different currencies.

Branch Code: Choose the branch code from the drop-down or tick the Check for all checkbox to include all branches.

Specify the client type to report on, i.e. Individual, Groups or Business or select the All radio button to include all client types.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Overdrafts Report Formats.

Click on the OK button to view the report which will look similar to the following:

Click on the Close button to exit the menu.
